The two year trainee general manager programme will help to develop your knowledge, skills and expertise through the following capabilities to ensure you are ready to manage a Bingo club of your own at the end of the programme.

- Leading, planning and implementing business initiatives which add measurable value to Operations.
- Identifying and communicating new opportunities, which will take the business forward and increase company profits.
- Manage a club as part of your development ensuring that the club continues to meet its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Supporting the development and implementation of a wide range of company initiatives.
- Be customer focussed to ensure that we put on the best game in town.

- Take responsibility for your own training and development requirements to ensure that all projects are completed in time and to company standard.
